Nancy Adams Personnel is a locally owned and operated employment agency. We have served our clients for over 40 years! Many area employers have come to trust us because of our emphasis on quality personnel and superior service. Our business has grown tremendously, and our clients include large, international companies, as well as many mid size and smaller, local firms.

Nancy Adams Personnel  opened its office in 1978 in downtown Columbia. In August, 2000, we moved to our current office on Dorsey Hall Drive. Nancy Adams Personnel has meeting rooms for off site interviews. We have very dedicated and experienced staff members providing strong continuity for both employers and candidates. We pride ourselves on screening for much more than the basic requirements of a job opening. We are willing to go the extra distance to screen for the right attributes and the right attitude! The candidates we place stay in their jobs for an average of over 6 years!
